This viral celery salad recipe from tiktok -
one whole head of celery, mandolined very thin (the mandolin is important!)
1/2 a thinly sliced shallot
shaved parmasan
chopped pitted dates
toasted walnuts
juice and zest from a lemon
good olive oil
salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
directions:
chop/mandolin everything and combine, adding as much or as little of the toppings as you prefer. Toss in the lemon juice and olive oil and season to taste. It’s impossible to go wrong with this salad…
